John has been a real estate professional since he was eighteen years old, specializing in buyers, sellers, investors, and flippers. Having learned from his father, one of the most successful Real Estate agents in the Princeton area, John knows the importance of going above and beyond for his clients by being proactive about the entire home-selling experience. 
 
While many Real Estate Agents sit back, relax, and wait for the leads to come in, John uses effective marketing strategies to showcase your most valuable asset, your home. No matter the value of the home, John uses a professional photographer who will create a virtual tour of your home and always hires a professional stager to guarantee that your home is in the most optimal condition for showings. From there, John will use his vast web of fellow Real Estate Agents and database of clients to generate buzz about your home. While he cannot make a buyer pay a certain price for a home, he can drive traffic to your home to encourage competition.
 
In addition to listing properties, John frequently works with investors in the area who are looking to buy income-generating properties, homes to flip, and properties for development. In addition to seeing your transaction through, John will offer advice along the way and help you calculate your Cap Rate and Return On Investment to make sure there's a substantial upside. He will be honest with you about what will and will not sell in today's market because he understands the stakes of your endeavour.
