Welcome to Beach Haven West

Township Overview

Beach Haven West was built in phases, with the first phase, which consisted of cul-de-sacs, being built in 1957. In the 1970’s developers began creating canals and lagoons which is now what the community is famous for. Nowadays, no more canals and lagoons can be created due to environmental protection.

Positioned right next to the bridge to LBI, this tight-knit community is incredibly desirable due to its position on the bay and proximity to LBI. Many of the homes here have quick access to the bay without the increased tourism that exists on the island.

If you’re looking for a quiet, quaint location right on the water but don’t want to deal with the hustle-and-bustle of island life (or the prices!) this is the place for you.
