• Sweetgreen, a 2,431-square-foot fast-casual spot across from Tommy's Tavern + Tap, aiming for a summer opening
• Federal Donuts & Chicken, landing next to Barnes & Noble with no confirmed date yet, marking the chain's first Mercer County location after its debut shop in Marlton

Other Nearby Openings

The pattern holds outside MarketFair's fence line too. At Nassau Park Pavilion, just down Route 1 South, Mezeh Mediterranean Grill opened a fast-casual location at 151 Nassau Park Boulevard, letting customers build bowls from scratch-made proteins, grains, and sauces. Over at Princeton Executive Park on Route 1 North, Fogo de Chão has cleared planning board approval for what would be its first Central Jersey location and fourth in New Jersey, an upscale Brazilian steakhouse with tableside carving, though no opening date has been set since that 2025 approval.

APRON is preparing to open a daily dining and event catering concept at Princeton Country Club, a golf course in West Windsor.
