For first-time home buyers like us, John takes in the requirements through initial dialogue and gets us to multiple open houses as well as pre-scheduled house visits to further refine what he needs to search for us. He figured out what we were looking for in under ten home visits and in about a month we had identified the property we were slowly zeroing in on. All along John was patient and understanding enough to explain the pros and cons of each of the properties as well as what is the core set of features or must-haves that we should be looking for. To support the process, he has an entire team of people that can assist with the various stages of home buying right from home inspectors, attorneys, and mortgage providers. He was open enough for us to work with anyone of our own choice but often times we found his team could have done a better job. The association with John has extended much after the purchase as he continues to help us with the home improvement recommendations and networking with various groups that could help the process."

Additionally, she helped me navigate to locate contractors in the area for estimates for a few upgrades I wanted to do to my new home. I feel that with her by our side every step of the way, we got the best deal possible and I trusted her completely.
